Through its subsidiary Habitat Gestion, the Nouvel Habitat group has set up a
dedicated structure that creates, builds and operates serviced residences for students, young professionals,
tourists, professionals on the move and seniors. The group now masters all
the management/operation, promotion and development professions. The residences
thus benefit from the group's more than 20 years of experience, allowing them to optimize their
sustainability.

Habitat Gestion is expanding in large cities in the East of France, where demand
for accommodation is high, and today operates 16 residences under the Kosy Appart'hôtels brand
located in the immediate vicinity of city centers, higher education establishments
and tourist sites.

Habitat Gestion has developed a hybrid solution allowing some residences in its portfolio to accommodate a diverse clientele of students, tourists, professionals on the move and seniors
in a single location .
